How to proceed if you wish to return or exchange

In order to facilitate an exchange or return you must email us at sales@blancoboutique.com or call +64 3 4717288 within 3 days from the date you receive it and inform them you are returning the item. You will then be told the necessary steps to take. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewellery and accessories. Please note we are also unable to refund sale or discounted items, we are however happy to an exchange if you contact us within the above time frame. We will not accept returns or exchanges for final reductions in the sale. All returns for any particular order will be returned at the buyers own costs. Once the order has been received it will undergo a quality control check. The item must not have been worn and all of the tags still in place. If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods

If you have received a faulty product please contact us immediately by emailing sales@blancoboutique.com, you will be advised on the steps to follow.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the item been received and passing the quality control check. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
